The planning journey

Our process is designed to be collaborative, transparent, and above all, calm. You should never feel like you're managing your own wedding.

Deep-dive sessions to understand your aesthetic, priorities, and non-negotiables.

Our Professional Fee

A fixed planning fee, agreed upfront. No percentages, no variables, no surprises.

4-member core planning team: 2 Senior Planners + 2 Junior Planners, dedicated from start to finish
On-ground hospitality team of 10–12 people: shadows, runners, event coordinators, F&B manager & more
No hidden markups or commissions across venue, F&B, décor, entertainment, hospitality, or logistics
Vendor negotiations & commercial management on your behalf
All permits, compliance & licensing coordination
Pre-event reconciliation ledger, every line traceable
Guest RSVP management & travel/accommodation coordination
Design moodboarding & vendor alignment sessions
On-site event management across all ceremony days

Taxes extra. Final balance settled 15+ days before the event.

Structured for peace of mind

Phase 1 · On Signing
50%
₹7,50,000
Retainer paid upon signing of engagement letter. Confirms your date and activates the planning team.
Phase 2 · 30 Days Before
30%
₹4,50,000
Second instalment due one month prior to the wedding. All major vendor contracts finalised by this milestone.
Phase 3 · Final Balance
20%
₹3,00,000
Final settlement 15+ days before the event. No additional amounts applicable beyond this balance.
